Mukanov Kdrzhan Urakovich has been appointed General Director of Ural Plant Zenit JSC.

The decision on his appointment was made on April 11, 2023 by the Board of Directors of NC Kazakhstan Engineering JSC following the results of an open competitive selection.

Mukanov K.U. Graduated from the Pacific Higher Naval School. S.O. Makarov, as well as the Military Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

He has extensive experience in the naval sphere: he went from a cadet of the Naval School to the First Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Head of the Regional Directorate of the Coast Guard of the Border Guard Service of the KNB of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He also has experience as a senior researcher at the All-Russian Scientific Research Center of the National Defense University of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as as a general director of Kaspiy Holding companies.
