By the decision of the Board of Directors of JSC National Company Kazakhstan Engineering dated April 11, 2023 (Minutes No. 06), which is the decision of the shareholder owning all voting shares of the Company, the powers of the General Director of JSC Ural Plant Zenit Valiev Vyacheslav Khamzievich were terminated early. Mukanov Kdrzhan Urakovich was appointed to the position of General Director of JSC Ural Plant Zenit from April 12, 2023.
